What helps you feel alive and connected? The more specific the better. (I sometimes like to think of the universe as having a pulse, a rhythm. When I'm aligned with it, things flow nicely, I feel alive, I feel connected. When I'm not in sync with it, life feels hard, disconnected, out of rhythm.)
