Make a moving box inventory
•••
Every box labeled with a number. Every number in a list with the inventory of what the box holds, where it goes. Cannot emphasize enough how much of a LIFESAVER this was — helping us to put the right boxes in the right rooms, unpacking and knowing where things are, and so so helpful if you put anything in storage too so you remember what is in there and if you need to get anything out can do so with surgical precision.

•••
The best made shoes, with the coolest designs like the iconic twins series, always reinventing what a shoe can look like and feel like, and often using recycled materials. Some of these truly feel like walking on gummy bears they are so comfortable.

If you can take slightly preemptively it'll make the biggest difference, but taken at the first twinge of a cramp and continuing through the phase where you get most cramps (for me this can be both luteal and menstrual) can change the trajectory of my week.
