Lisa wFirst to rec““movement medicine cabinet” - I began using Range in my second pregnancy & loved it so much I’m still a member today. It’s a dream of a fitness platform. Wear your cozy fleece, bring a mug of tea, and light a candle… whether you are lifting dumbbells or pretending to be a river. Great filters for pregnancy friendly sessions. Use the pelvic floor mobility classes for birth prep & the Postpartum Core Communication for after birth recovery!”

Jamie“i found this rec on Rec League and WOW. to think that this little community of people has already guided me to something that feels so integral to my wellness. i crave working out now (who among us???) when i know it’s going to be a range class. every single one leaves me feeling regulated and strong, energized and at peace. kara is such a calming presence. i seriously cannot recommend enough. sometimes i run out of time and do these in the evenings, but it’s always a special treat when i manage to squeeze it in in the morning. she has tons of free classes (“open range”) you can try to get a sense of the vibe. do NOT turn your nose up at jitterbug based on the description. just try it. there’s no way you don’t love it.”

Becca Mandy“I needed to write my own ode to Range- often lovingly referred to as a “movement medicine cabinet.” Not only do I feel physically stronger but I now have deeper access to my full self in ways I didn’t know were possible. Range varies- with elements from Pilates, to functional movement, strength training, and mobility, to restorative work. Not only do classes range (ha!), Kara has cultivated a community and practice rooted in care, connecting back to nature, bringing your full self (truly), and a place where she fosters autonomy while somehow also lovingly guiding you towards challenging your own depth. Range is many things at once. Rebellious, nurturing, empowering, comforting, playful, challenging, and so much more. It’s impossible to define! But it’s everything I could ever want in a movement practice and more. Plus, Kara’s values are deeply seen and felt. From responding herself to each email and message, to providing financial assistance to remove barriers to access, she keeps human connection at the forefront when that is becoming incredibly rare and difficult to do. I truly know and feel in my bones that I will be moving alongside Kara and other Range members for life. I welcome you to show up in your comfiest clothes, with your mug of tea/coffee beside you and embrace the joy and tenderness of jitterbugging away. 🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀”

kelsey“Hard to describe in words but Movement Medicine Cabinet is pretty close. Dance, lift, qi gong, scream, cry, breathe, everything here and more. Glad to pay the monthly subscription, no class comes close to this.”
