Range by Kara Duval

Found @Kara Duval through @Becca Mandy's beautifully written rec (and was moved by your response too, Kara)! Decided to give Range a try and I would like to add to the chorus of people saying it is life-changing. My full disclosure is that as I write this, I am only a week in, but I am thoroughly enjoying the way Kara weaves personal agency and awareness and care and creativity into the classes while also leaving me feeling my body buzzing and strong and awake in a way I'm not sure I've felt before. I'm also so deeply appreciative of the financial accessibility as someone who is trying to be more intentional about my financial decisions (what I charge, what I spend) being in alignment with my values.
