Because sometimes you need a little peace & quiet. 🧘🏽
For the handy people in your life. We also bring it camping as part of our mobile kitchen setup!
Truly the handiest little tool, esp. for nimbly slicing through packing tape or cutting a choice excerpt from a newspaper or magazine. I ordered a dozen and have them stashed all over my house.
Bona Spray Mop is the most important floor cleaning supply we own in addition to our vacuum. The cleaner is gentle on hardwood floors, and the spray trigger doesn't get jammed up. Spritz a couple of times and mop with the reusable microfiber pads.
When you build out your junk drawer with inserts, you'll need to stick most kinds of dividers down with this. Just use little balls of gel and put them on all four corners of the bottom of each little insert.
Need this deeply.
Great for removing rust from precious items in your kitchen. Also this mini one is perfect for keeping in your purse/pocket if you have kids that get sticky stuff on themselves…
You should have a few of these Homer buckets on hand: they are probably top 10 basement/utility items (the list also includes box cutter, lighter-wand & measuring tape.) 1. Use the bucket as a secondary bucket for projects like holding all the crap you need to do a project outside (dirty shovels, paint brushes etc.) 2. According to this video, Halloween decorations 3. A bird feeder…!? And truthfully, I once used mine to sanitize my kids bath toys after a bath poop. Sorry not sorry, this bucket is cheap and versatile.
I love this brush so much that I have two; one for each car. Perfect tool for whisking away fluffy snow in the winter and sand from beachy feet and legs in summer.
Another heavily used tool in our arsenal are these handy little scrapers. They work wonders on all those little stickers that are so dang annoying to get off.
I love the idea of jazzing up a vintage (or ikea) dresser with some fun knobs. These would add such a nice textural shift vs, the wood on a piece.
Received this suggestion from a friend's newsletter today. This doinky tool can be used to prop your washing machine open between washes to prevent mold build up on the inner tube. If you're like me, you might purchase this because it's "only $9", but if you're also like me, you may be lazy and prefer to just drape a hand towel. Either way, we're all solution-oriented people so I hope you tell me what you land on and if you have alternatives.
If this is for you, I want to visit your house. I bet your kitchen is so great.
Have had this for ages; lovely and effective.
Fantastic lumpy vertigris bronze door handles.
My best friend, actually.
Real sexy @TAX DAY SPA
I have used the same handmade broom for more than a decade; it's as good as new, effective, and easy on the eyes.
Woodworking has been an interest of mine since I was a kid growing up. My stepdad had a cabinet shop in our garage and was a custom homebuilder, so I learned how to use woodworking tools at a young age. Over the years, I developed skills in woodworking construction, as well as artist creations, and most recently have been into power wood carving, creating custom art pieces and functional art such as lamps.
Taking care of your clothes is a form of self-respect but let's be real, ironing is terrible. I love the Nori because it allows me to iron hems, collars, sleeves, and plackets with barely any effort. I use mine at least five times a week. Super-simple, super-easy, AND YOU CAN PACK IT. Save 15% with FEWERANDBETTER15.
This will help you break down those boxes right away so they don't pile up + create clutter.
