Yoga with Adriene

“Yoga for… anything you need! For runners, for overthinking, for bloating, for bedtime, for people who sit all day, for heavy hearts, for beginners, ETC. This gal has a yoga sequence for everything and anything. Bonuses- it is free, she is quirky and endearing, and sometimes her dog Benji makes a guest appearance.”

“Love Adriene, love Benjy, love the goofy sexual innuendo and the yummy breaths, love it all”

“Doing yoga on my back porch after work is so healing tbh”

“She has lots of guided breathwork videos on her YouTube channel”

“Unfortunately. Everyone was right when they said exercise does make you feel happier, make you sleep better, etc. which is a hard lesson I find myself learning every few months when dopamine chasing (aka poor spending habits) catches up to me. And it balances out my SSRI side effects. Horrible.”

“i mean ... duh. these videos are so cozy, adriene has the best vibes and cutest dog ever, and i really appreciate her reminders to listen to your body and trust your instinct to modify the poses based on what you know you need, rather than what a yoga teacher is able to do”

“The queen of YouTube yoga”

“YWA got me into yoga and I'll always love her (and her dog Benji) for it!”

“literally the GOAT”

“My friend and I tried corepower last week and experienced a variety of their classes including corepower yoga 1, yoga sculpt, and core restore. I honestly don’t think i would pay for the membership even though i actually really LOVED the yoga 1 class they offered. Sooo i went on youtube the next day and found a one hr video that guided me through almost the exact same poses in that corepower class i really enjoyed. So IF U REALLY ENJOY/want to try yoga, just do it at home! A yoga mat is truly all u need”
