“Bonus if I can find a class that's candlelit and after work. Yin yoga forces me to slow down in a way I often find difficult. Each pose is held for 2-5 minutes and gently releases tense muscles. It's a perfect practice to unwind after a long day, and I've never slept deeper than after a yin yoga class with low lighting.”

“Can’t say enough about the benefits of Yin. I may be biased because I teach it, but I promise you’ll want to give it a try.”
