My friends very thoughtfully built us a custom set of these wine glasses in our favorite colors for a wedding gift and I love looking at and using them.
a friend got us the 3-month subscription as our wedding gift, and we loved it! who wouldn't love beautiful, fancy, unique bottles of olive oil imported from europe? it was fun to get a new bottle every month, and to have wedding gifts still coming even after the festivities died down.

I try not to go off registry, but when I want to get a unique wedding gift, I always end up at Porta. This is really nice for a regular host or a gardener who likes to clip stems.

Bennington Potters classic dinnerware
We put 12 sets of this pottery on our wedding registry 15+ years ago and still have every single plate, bowl, and serving platter. They are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe and a little less expensive than some other potters. The core colors are a bit limited but they have seasonal glazes fairly often. Pictured are the rimmed soup / pasta bowls.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this pottery. I always visit their shop in Spring Green, WI. These were the dishes on our wedding registry. We have Farmhouse White plates and bowls, along with large bowls we use for pho or salads in Harvest Gold (a favorite colorway), and we hope to own a second set of dishes in Pot Kettle Black some day (food looks AMAZING on this colorway). Give them a call to get ordering info, or visit in person if you’re in the area. These gals are incredible. Also—because they’re ceramic, they can be put in the dishwasher, microwave or oven, they’re one-of-a-kind, and so so beautiful.

Bought an Amazon dupe first and then got a real one as wedding gift and the Amazon one doesn’t even come close… idk how they make it so soft, but never felt a softer blanket

go the extra mile on wedding and baby gifts! i carved this for my friends and pasted it into one of my favorite cookbooks with a wish that they enjoy many beautiful meals together. i love handmade gifts, especially for milestones. it doesn’t have to be perfect yolo 🍤
