Sleep masks have been a game changer for me. I really can't sleep without one. These contoured ones have indentions for your eyes (so as not to crush your pretty lashes), and as a face-sleeper, this is the most comfortable mask I've found. Comes in lots of cute colors and patterns. An bit of an investment compared to other masks, but worth it.

I've bought this sleep mask six different times. I was never a high maintenance sleeper, but a few years ago I moved into an apartment with east-facing windows and I kept getting woken up by the sun. This was the first sleep mask I found on Amazon and it's worked beautifully. I've lost it in so many hotels; I keep one hidden at my aunt's house for when I spend the night. It's simple and comfortable and full-coverage and I don't know why you'd need anything else.

Weighted. Eye mask. Most normal eye masks make me feel like I have vertigo a bit. But this one just rests on top of your eyes and the slight pressure feels amazing. I sleep so deeply when I use this. I’ll also just place it on my chest if I’m feeling particularly anxious.

I can not sleep without something over my eyes. I can. But it just sucks. The good news is this one is inexpensive and perfect. I’ve had maybe 10 of them. Gifted a handful as well. Almost made a dad joke about not “sleeping” on them. But don’t.

I go into another universe with this sleep mask on. There’s a nose bridge and a gentle wrap imitates placing a pillow over my head, but much lighter and featherweight. The wrap actually drowns out some noise near my ears too, it’s really just a very thoughtful mask for being $18.99.

An eye mask is a must if you live anywhere with street lights. It’s also saved me from impertinent hotel clock radios and other unexpected light disruptions when traveling. I like this one because the silk is soft and the fit snug enough that it doesn’t migrate during the night. Plus whimsical print!

LitBear Silk Sleep Mask for Side Sleeper
IMO everyone should sleep with a mask. My sleep is 10x deeper with it. This one is good for your skin + eyelashes and I have a theory it helps prevent forehead wrinkles.
