Where my 3 am clubbers at? I wake up between 3-4 am every day for years and am up and attem. I have tried reading/sleep podcasts/ASMR/avoiding my phone but I can’t seem to fall back asleep and I am my most productive 3-12 pm which is not an ideal timeframe 😂 By the time it’s 8 pm I’m crawling to bed but if anyone has any tricks to fall back asleep I am all ears!

Looking for some weight-lifting places to start to increase the ole bone density. Any at home recs? PS I loathe the protein/ lift heavy stage of life I’m supposed to be in when I’m meant to be a carbie barbie who just goes on mental health walks 😂
