“OK not sexy at all but zerosum is by far the best budgeting app I’ve found. I was a YNAB subscriber for 4+ years and this is the first app that I’ve found that does a better job. YNAB is getting bad - more expensive, less personal, weird “we’re getting ready to sell this company” vibes. This software is made by one person (who is also a frequent poster in the software’s subreddit), so you can also feel good supporting an independent developer. Anyway! Budgeting changed my life (srsly), and if you’re a current or former YNAB user OR a new budgeter you should check this out.”
