Notion

“I used this for podcast production, and I just felt like it was the only software that was approachable that my team could actually stick to. I’ve used AirTable, Asana, Basecamp… none would really get past the template phase when it came to buy-in.”

“Without getting into my whole time management system (Substack to come, once I manage to make the time), I found this tool to be very helpful. I linked my Google Calendar and drive to chatGPT, and then on the backend chatGPT uses notion to keep track of ongoing projects, ideas, and fill my calendar through my prompts. The problem with chat is that it is too good, notion acts as a spreadsheet for chat to link different chats and projects together. Game changing. Feels like I have a personal assistant now.”

“It was a little bit tricky to get my head round it at first but after a little meddling, you get the hang of it. I mostly use it to plan my day and week ahead and it has kept me organised, so for that I have to give it a shoutout.”

“I love love love Notion! It kept me super organized throughout undergrad & grad school and now I'm using it to keep me on track for CPA prep. I link my Pomodoro playlists, keep a running schedule of prep classes, and decorate it to my heart's content.”

“feel free to comment so we can talk it out but why not stay in what’s workin? create a back end process to daily sync? g docs isn’t great for project management imo”

“great for project management, google app alt”
