Louise Buckley“Legitimately changed my life. DO NOT SLEEP on the Ginger Molasses cookie recipe in here. It's not the one Nancy Silverton credits with changing her life, but it changed mine. The recipe yields about 60 cookies which feels a little bit comical.I like to add candied ginger to them. A lot of the recipes are high yield so I recommend making your little cookie balls, baking half of them and freezing half of them (unless you actually need 50-60 cookies at once) so that whenever you want a cookie you can have one in about twelve minutes. Weeee! This cookbook also caused me to buy an incredibly gorgeous bundt pan.If you love to bake or are a happy recipient of baked goods by a loved on you need this cookbook in your life. Find your life changing cookie.”
