It’s helped me understand myself, see other people’s attachment styles before I’m deep into a relationship with them, and made me feel normal for having attachment needs. Sure, it can be cis-het heavy at times, and there are chapters that have never and will never apply to me, but I just skip those. The bones of this book are worth it.”
