Here“I'm a fan of this matrix, my only issue is that I easily convince myself that everything is IMPORTANT and URGENT.”

Tori Kornick“I quad it out instead of writing to-do lists now. It's the only way my ADHD brain can attempt to prioritize properly. The key is to (eventually) spend 50% of your time in the not urgent, but important quadrant - and the remaining 50% of your time spread across the other three quadrants. When I first started this system, 80%+ of my list was in the urgent and important section due to procrastination, needing pressure to get the job done, etc. This is most popularly coined as the Eisenhower Matrix (also known as the Covey Quadrant). S/O to my therapist for the initial rec.”
