These lists are the same thing!” and you’re right, they are, but if you try it, you’ll find there are things you want to avoid waaaaaayyy more than other “to dos.” To really crank up the heat: make the list and start with the thing that you want to avoid the most. Once you actually start, watch the anxiety melt.”
