Savannah“A motto to live by! I never knew much about Ina other than seeing her on Grammy’s tv occasionally growing up before reading this. Book is truly a life inspiration!”

April“I love memoirs and this is an unexpected favorite. Again recommend the audiobook because she reads it in her own voice. I loved her show but the most interesting parts of this book to me weren’t about her career. Her and Jeffrey’s relationship navigation, her relationship with her parents and the thought process she has around not having kids were interesting to learn about her.”

Gina Marinelli“I already loved Ina (and several of her recipes that I swear by). But, even if I didn't, this book would have sealed the deal. It's such a lovely read and account of her persistence, chutzpah, and, of course, love story with Jeffrey. I loved being transported to the beginnings of Barefoot Contessa, where I could picture Ina hustling and building her empire.”
