Strava

“My primary form of social media”

“Track all your cool routes and progress on Strava. Love collecting hikes and bikes here from all over the world. Connects with smart watches and wearables too!”

“I never ever thought I’d enjoy running”

“downloaded it to hit my desired walk count but it’s basically like linkedin for athletes (aka if you’re a loser it makes you feel worse about your chud self than you already do) but i can totally see how it’s helpful as an accountability diary. if anyone wants to be moots…”

“my coworker added me on strava over a year ago now and said make it more fun and use it as social media now i take a selfie or post a picturesque moment from my run. another runner recommend using the notes as a journal. how did you feel what did you do before/after. i’ve been logging the caffeine i consume before, any pain, and sometimes the purpose or a weather notes. it’s made me look forward to logging my progress and cheer on my fellow strava fans.”
