Oura Ring

“I know I know everybody’s most likely tired of hearing about the new oura ring but I’ve been a user since I started following Peter Attia many years ago he was an early investor and I got a discount (75$)off I’ve been wearing my ring without fail maybe just one or two days that I forgot since 2019 …. I love to track my sleep 💤.”

“Admittedly, Oura isn’t great for workout tracking and sometimes I swear it is analyzing a different person’s sleep based on how opposite I feel from the scores it gives me. But the cycle, stress and step tracking make it worth it time and time again. I’ve been using Oura since 2022ish and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!!”

“Oura knew I was pregnant before I did and gave me great insights throughout. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to geek out over sleep and fitness data... It's wild to see in numbers what pregnancy is doing to your HRV, RHR, temperature, etc.”

“An end of the year FSA splurge… I depend on this for tracking irregular cycles based on body temperature… but I mostly love it as it can easily tell what activities I’m doing (Pilates, boxing, trampoline classes) intuitively! I don’t want a tracking device that alerts me so that’s also why I elected for it.”
