Weighted. Eye mask. Most normal eye masks make me feel like I have vertigo a bit. But this one just rests on top of your eyes and the slight pressure feels amazing. I sleep so deeply when I use this.
I’ll also just place it on my chest if I’m feeling particularly anxious.
