Creamy Olive Oil Lemonade
•••
Finally made this @clownmommy rec last night and I am delighted to report it is as good as the hype. How is it this good?! Made ours with light agave and Graza drizzle and it was unreal even with the potent olive oil (thought it would be overwhelming). Would be sooo good with mezcal. Can't wait to make it for all my neighbors and friends and family. I am now an evangelist for the creamy olive oil lemonade. S/O to Bearenger for the recipe.

Sue me! I love Lambrusco!
•••
I know I'm not the first to the party, but I'm here to tell you that the Lambrusco of today is not the Lambrusco of 2015 and it is indeed a party worth attending (even if you're late to it).

Flash Brew / Japanese Iced Coffee any "fermented process" bean
•••
Me and my guy have been using this method for our iced coffee for years now and it is especially delicious with bean varietals that have gone through a fermentation process (notes on these are often fruity and tea-like). The tastiest iced coffee you will ever have and so easy to make.

Vino Rosso by Angelo Negro
•••
Favorite wine two summers in a row. "Organically farmed Brachetto, which is vinified dry instead of the usual sweet, which is then usually made sparkling. Residual yeast. Bright, fresh, pleasantly tart wine with notes of candied red fruit on the palate."

Marco Polo Tea by Mariage Frères
•••
The first time I had this tea was at a spa and I have since purchased it several times for myself and as a gift. The smell alone would be worth brewing and holding it under your face first thing in the morning. Just an invitation to wake up your senses and savor the moment and ease into the day. (I am admittedly a coffee drinker, so I usually have mine at night.)
