“This has been my daughter’s favorite meal since she was around 18 months. She’s now almost 4. She has asked for it as her birthday meal. I have loved Sarah Copeland’s recipes all the way back to her Real Simple Days and this is the perfect, easy, weeknight meal. I would make it every week, if my husband were amenable to it.”
