Large White Lima Beans

“Large White Limas don’t take as long to cook as other beans (roughly an hour and a half) and they’re absurdly delicious and creamy. When they’re done cooking, I add half a bottle of dry white wine to the pot and some sliced shallots and garlic and let that simmer for another 30 minutes. When it’s all done, you have the most delicious beans of your life. Top with fresh parsley.”
