“Why you become the person you are and what survival sometimes looks like. How to stop battling yourself even when you see the "negative" parts that you want to get rid of and restructure the narrative that you've built for yourself. Although I think everyone can get a lot from this, I highly recommend if you come from a particularly chaotic background. I highly recommend the audio book for this one which is narrated by the author. She speaks her words so naturally while being very comforting.”
