How to stop battling yourself even when you see the "negative" parts that you want to get rid of and restructure the narrative that you've built for yourself. Although I think everyone can get a lot from this, I highly recommend if you come from a particularly chaotic background. I highly recommend the audio book for this one which is narrated by the author. She speaks her words so naturally while being very comforting.”
