“The absolute best yoga studio I’ve ever been a member at, hands down. The teachers are from another universe (shout out Alex Halenda, Sam Bianchini, Maddy Kirkpatrick, Kathleen Cruger, Sita Dass Ji). The space is a restored 1920s structure with a sauna, cold plunge, patio filled with flowers. It has yin classes, heated classes, aerial, foundations, yoga in concert, sound baths. It’s exceptional! Practicing here has changed my life and my approach to stress, meditation, and more — not hyperbole. I’m obsessed!”
