“This is oldest yoga studio in Los Angeles and boy are they not kidding around. No mirrors. No La work out bullshit. Just a lot of ommmmmmmmmmm and feeling new again every time I leave. Kimberlee’s hot yoga will cure you. And lately I’ve been doing Iyengar which has really helped me engage w my own body in ways I didn’t know I could. This is my addiction. Let it be yours too.”

“first yoga studio in Los Angeles, and it remains the most classic yoga studio: men who look like Bernie Sanders & women who lived through the counter culture movement in Berkeley and moved to Portland”

“The unheated vinyasa class I went to Sunday morning was the most challenging class of my life (in a good way). I always know a class is going to be good when the teacher tells me to grab a bolster and a blanket. Beautiful wood paneled rooms literally floating above the hubbub of Larchmont.”
