Quarter Sheets Pizza

“head chef is a total diva star— a friend of mine recently said that it’s so perfect & feels like you’re a kid eating pizza after baseball class. yes, baseball class. the princess cake is my favorite and you must order if you’re a princess like me! (this place got a long line but so does disneyland and y’all did that shit for years before it got weird.)”

“Best pizza in LA. You need to plan ahead to get a res or order take out at the window. I love eating here because it feels happy and the food is A+. Salad, meatballs (the sauce omg) and you can’t go wrong with any pizza. The plus of eating at the restaurant is the bar pizza, thin round versus their detroit style.”

“Sure, this is no secret at this point, but Quarter Sheets is not only one of the best pizzas in town (the other being pizzeria sei) but also has the best salad and desserts. My hack is I only go on wed & Sundays when they have the ultra thin crust bar pie (shout out to my midwestern friends) & get the incredible salad with a garbanzo bean miso dressing. I don’t love frosting so I tend to lean towards their other desserts, which the other night was a rhubarb ice cream Sunday with candied rhubarb & meringue!”
