I love how aromatic and comforting Scandinavian baked goods are and nothing is ever overly sweet. My favorite recipe I've made has been Hindbærsnitter (cover image) which is kind of like a giant raspberry poptart. Yeeeeeah. I bookmarked a bunch of cozy things I wanted to cook this winter, but it hasn't been very cold in LA (sorry, everyone everywhere else) so Apple Dumplings with Buttermilk + Lemon Zest, Black Currant Caves, and Ginger Crisps with Black Pepper + Candied Orange Peel will probably be on the back burner till next year.”
