Stoics focus on the things they can control, let go of everything else, and turn every new obstacle into an opportunity to get better, stronger, tougher. If that doesn't remind you of what it is you can theoretically stand to let go of as a leader than maybe this book isn't for you. Otherwise, at an absolute bare minimum, this book should be a solid resource for you. As Marcus Aurelius said centuries ago: “The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.””
