My partner and I use it to challenge ourselves and it’s been such a sweet, low pressure self improvement regimen.”

Maryn“A completely silly but wonderful app that helps you take care of yourself by taking care of a birb (bird). Highly recommend”

Kate“I’ve had my Finch, Pumpkin, for 681 days. What else can I say I’ve done for 681 days? Probably not much. Sometimes it helps me reach my goals, sometimes it’s just a quick way to check in with myself. If you ever played Neopets and you’re now trying to take better care of yourself, this is for you.”

Jess“This adorable well-being app matches you with a birb friend, who gains energy from you meeting your goals. (Mine is named Waffles!) The developers built in lots of cool supports for taking care of yourself, like having a "first aid kit" for days when you are struggling. All core features are free, but if you pay for Plus then you get extra swag for your birdie.”

You can send cheery daily support to your friends, or if your friends are sullen and/or uncool and/or don’t have the app your bird will send you encouraging tweets! (See what I did there) They recently added a “daily quiz” feature that is essentially a low stakes lunchtime poll for your friends (“what’s your ideal style of hangout?) which makes the quizilla-devouring tween in me smile. Joy meter: many/10”

Bonus features include being able to connect with friends via sending them “good vibes” or buddy up with them on a specific task, as well as mood trackers, breathing exercises, and reflection journal prompts.”
