ClearSpace

“This app broke the spell over me. I’m not being dramatic when I say this. That’s the best way to describe it. I said that within two days of using and I’m on day 30 now. We all know Instagram is programmed to be addictive and I was deep in that trap. I’ve limited screen time before only to blast straight through it. I’m not sure exactly why this app works so well but this finally did the trick. I’ve also added in some different supplements during the same time that I downloaded, but I have been so much more productive and my nervous system feels world’s better. Can’t recommend enough. **can use to help w/ any app (IG, TikTok..etc)”

“sorry you guys. i regret to inform you this really, really works. this app forces you to pick a challenge — walking, squats, pushups, even breathing - and you have to “earn” your screen time. they also have a great 6 day course that forces you to watch a video explaining how you are wasting your life by the design of these companies (RL excluded). your bad app usage rate will PLUMMET.”

“I have been using the Clear Space app (free version) since mid-January. It does indeed create the just right amount of friction to keep me from forever scrolling Instagram.”
