Google Docs

“I saw this rec a few weeks ago and thought it was brilliant. Going on a trip this week and started my template up. I usually type up a list anyway. Just made my life so much easier and more organized, thank you!!”

“I have something similar for guests and just use a Google Doc, and make the link viewable to only those with the link. Might work for you! You can also do “tabs” of sorts now to separate one doc into categories”

“Seconded! I also made sub-lists for activities or weather that requires specific gear: am I gonna workout? beach? hike? is it gonna rain or freeze?”
