Making a packing list template on Google Docs

I saw this rec a few weeks ago and thought it was brilliant. Going on a trip this week and started my template up. I usually type up a list anyway. Just made my life so much easier and more organized, thank you!!
I can’t believe I didn’t think of this earlier. It’s been a game changer for my family (well really just for me, I don’t think anyone else has noticed). I made a packing list template with all the standard items for each family member. Before each trip, I add whatever other specific items we need to pack, print it and voila! A gorgeous packing list to check off as I pack.

“I have something similar for guests and just use a Google Doc, and make the link viewable to only those with the link. Might work for you! You can also do “tabs” of sorts now to separate one doc into categories”

“Seconded! I also made sub-lists for activities or weather that requires specific gear: am I gonna workout? beach? hike? is it gonna rain or freeze?”
