Looking for advice about how to create a guide for house guests that is private but shareable (like a personal airBnB page for people we trust that stay in our spare room but aren’t family and somewhat independent)- thinking WiFi password, coffee instructions, local spots… etc.

I have something similar for guests and just use a Google Doc, and make the link viewable to only those with the link. Might work for you! You can also do “tabs” of sorts now to separate one doc into categories

Seconding this! I have a running google docs for houseguests / housesitters. Quirks about our home, how to use our fun kitchen tools, and food/drink/ activity things that are walkable in our neighborhood
