Going to the Turks & Caicos in April- staying near Grace Bay in a villa (not affiliated w a hotel) - what must I eat/see/do!? Bonus points if you have a rec for a boat day rental for snorkeling/fishing!!!

What are your favorite solves for lower back pain after being on your feet all day? Specific stretches, products, shoes I can wear to work that won’t give me this issue, etc!

What are we doing to protect ourselves from bad luck? We’ve had a string of awful things happening to us and I NEED to try to turn this energy around!!!

Best recs for staying healthy when traveling or a lot of activity back to back? I have an unfortunate situation post-lockdown where anytime I have a lot going on back to back and don’t get much downtime that my body starts to breakdown. Haven’t been diagnosed w autoimmune or anything, but my body seems to have a hard time keeping up when I’m busy. Ps I always wear masks on planes still!

Best hotel for a solo stay in Portland, ME? Also, is mid-October too late to go? Want something cute but not over the top spendy- thinking about going mid week- would love to be able to walk everywhere!

Most comfortable (doesn’t crunch toes, arch support, doesn’t rub on the heels) sandals or flats or shoes to bring on trips to warm locations that aren’t runners? Want to be a cute fashion girl but be comfortable

Melbourne, Byron Bay, and Sydney recs pls!!! Going in Nov and will have ~5 days in each spot. Food, shops, beaches, things to do, I want it all!!! Going for our honeymoon

What’s your favorite way to incorporate play in your life that isn’t a solo craft or competitive game/sport?

Tips for surviving a 17 hr flight! Flying SF to Singapore in Nov. Never been on a flight this long and feeling nervous! We splurged for lie flat seats, but we get on at 9am so I’ll probably be awake for quite a bit of the flight. I’m not the type to watch 10 movies in a row. Send your recs!

Any recs for a daily planner that’s good for freelancers? Want something that I can throw in my purse easily, I can have scheduled times for meetings, and I can list my to dos/prios for the week and day. Must have full yr in the one book

What’s the best/your favorite way to recycle or get rid of old textiles that can’t be donated? Things like blankets, pillows, etc! Most thrift stores in CA won’t take stuff like that but it feels wrong to put it in the trash!

What do you do to help yourself when there’s too much grief to carry? And what can you do for others who recently lost someone?

Recommendations for cute, colorful and different salad plates that pair well with white dinner plates! Not Ginori.
