Mahou: Brewed in Madrid since 1890. If you’re looking for the best beer to drink with paella, this is it! Light and refreshing, yet malty - just perfection with anything salty. Great out of an icy cold bottle (available in US) and even better on tap, which is a must when in Madrid.

Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout: It's not for everyday, but when I want a delicious beer (that might be a meal in a bottle to some), this one is the way to go. Their Nut Brown Ale is nice, too.
