Griffith Park: It’s the largest municipal park with an urban wilderness area in the United States. Lots of great hiking & wildlife, The LA Zoo & Autry Museum of Western Heritage, and bumps up against Burbank, Hollywood, and Los Feliz, so a scenic alternative to freeways when you’re traveling between those areas.

Hotel Roosevelt: Has a Pool designed by David Hockney! Down the street from the Bowl - theoretically you could walk! I have definitely walked that far and it was great!

Picnic at the Bowl!: Highly recommend getting to the bowl ahead of your event and taking in the scenery. There are designated picnic areas, or you can eat in your seats before the show (that’s what we like to do). In the past, we’ve brought everything from home, but now, we bring cheese and crackers, wine, and dessert, and pick up something more substantial at the Bowl using their mobile order app. (The Spanish fried chicken is delicious) Don’t forget a wine key!
