Rubin’s framework is flexible and designed to help you find habit-formation strategies that work with your nature rather than against it. The best part is that I began to understand how others respond to inner and outer expectation in contrast to how I respond so that I could better work with different personalities.”

The author of this book is a Sagittarius, but has a Virgo Moon, Pluto, and Uranus. This is less a rec for Virgos as much as it is for the rest of us who want to be like them (though I know there are the secret messy Virgos who could use reminding). I read this book after a client said it changed their life, and it's a delightfully convincing game plan on how to get your shit in order. Plus, it'll also help you understand what motivates your spouse, your coworkers, your employees and whoever else needs to get their shit in order, too.”
