Enameled Cast Iron Pumpkin Cocotte

“Made in France. I can't wait for soup season to get here so I can start using this cocotte again! Heavy cast iron, enamel coating in a stunning color, and the perfect size for a batch of anything hot and comforting. Staub's foundry in Northern France has been handcrafting exquisite cast iron cocottes using a traditional sand-casting process for more than half a century.”
