Staub Enameled Cast Iron Pumpkin Cocotte, 3.5-Qt.

Made in France. I can't wait for soup season to get here so I can start using this beautiful cocotte again! Heavy cast iron, enamel coating in a stunning color, and the perfect size for a batch of anything hot and comforting. Staub's foundry in Northern France has been handcrafting exquisite cast iron cocottes using a traditional sand-casting process for more than half a century. (Unfortunately, I think this cocotte may have been discontinued: it's no longer available on the Staub/Zwilling website. At the moment, it looks like it may still be available at Williams-Sonoma, on sale.)
