“No one really ever taught you how to walk, but rolfing will. I did a ten series/ package of ten sessions, and love that after each session, I had homework for the week to focus on how I moved and placed my weight through one specific part of my body. Rolfing “is a type of hands-on bodywork that was developed by Dr. Ida Rolf more than fifty years ago. This therapy helps realign and balance the body by working with the connective tissues, or fascia, that surround and support everything inside us—muscles, bones, nerves, and organs.””
