“Trying to share awareness and understanding the way ADHD minds work. Working memory is a huge one and an area that I certainly have a huge deficit. Constantly setting reminders and lists to help jog my Memory. If I don’t write it down, it didn’t happen, and then I have to also make sure I write it down correctly in the first place! I have started asking clients if I can record our meetings that way I can go back and see if I missed anything.”
