“These are an investment - both money and time. Bellicon is the best you can buy and it will last you for the rest of your life. Bouncing on these is good for exercise and stability for sure the outsized win comes with bone density for everyone but especially important for women as we age. No stress on your joints and it's fun - lymph activation at the same time as major muscle groups. You can replace the parts - I got mine in 2018 and then replaced the bands in 2023 - going strong still. Legs are removable for storage - I will say if you're leaving this outside - put some WD-40 or the like on the treads before you attach the legs and put it out or you'll have a fight on your hands after the fact.”
