This glowy lil device soothes my nervous system like no other as I prepare for bed. The 30 min gradual countdown plus some good ol' pillow talk with my hubby is fail proof at this point (plus getting in bed at the same time every night - Your body loves routine)!!
The wake up setting is just as soothing (gradual 30 min wake up - we have blackout curtains). No crazy iPhone alarm blaring in your ear. I put ours on our dresser which forces me to get out of bed!”
