Integrate with your iHome system so your lights turn on to the perfect level/warmth before you walk in the front door. Have that corner light gently turn on right before your alarm goes off. Have the lighting levels slowly change from afternoon to dusk to nighttime so it’s always perfectly lit inside. Have them turn off when you leave to save the planet. (Or, if you’re my husband, have them change to your preferred football team colors during the game)”
