Tahryn“It's such a sexy vegetable with such a boring reputation (thank you unseasoned cabbage rolls and kraut). Its beautiful! Its versatile! Its cheap! It's packed with an incredible amount of fiber and nutrients, it's filling, it's low calorie if you care about stuff like that. Just this week Ive used it in slaw, stew, caramelized it with leeks, fortified a packet ramen with it so it felt healthy. It also takes forever to go bad in the fridge unlike other less resilient leafy greens. We love her.”
