Working out with kettlebells is a mix of strength training, cardio conditioning, agility and plyometrics. If you find strength training to be a bit boring, give KBs a try! I’m getting pretty jacked and I’m not mad about this.”

Treemiele“In my desire to start working with weights at home, I purchased a sweet little 18lb (8kg) Rogue Kettlebell and started the Simple and Sinister program to get into a routine. The simplicity (100 single arm swings and 10 Turkish Get Ups) was great for getting started, but my form on the get ups wasn’t great and I’ve modified my approach on some days to build strength before I injure myself. I love working with the kettlebell because it’s a no excuses 15-20 minutes in the morning and I’ve been more consistent with this than any at home weight work that I have ever done. I’m almost ready to add another heavier guy to my collection - if you can find Rogue locally, I do recommend it as the shipping of these adds about 20 bucks to the price. But I will definitely be purchasing another Rogue in 12kg soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
