“Bought this cookbook by Lora Zarubin (the former food editor of House & Garden) when it came out in 2003 bc I was immediately smitten with the world it created — never imagining that my career would, in just a couple years, veer down a similar path. Anyways, it’s a true keeper that I never hear ANYONE talk about. The corn and ricotta pudding has been one of my summer bbq go-tos for 23 years.”
