"Revenge" by Yoko Ogawa

“This is a quick read, I finished it easily in two days by leisurely reading it during down time at work. This book is a collection of 11 short stories that all inter-twine in little ways. It is a smidge morbid, but that doesn’t bother me. It is deep but the writing is so dreamy and light at the same time. Definitely one of my favorite reads of the year. Chapter 3: “Old Mrs. J” is my personal favorite chapter of them all - It is about a writer whose land lady has a robust garden that grows carrots shaped like hands.”
