Lapvona

“icky, yet enjoyable.”

“I can tell who actually reads my recommendations by whether or not they’re willing to speak to me ever again after I propose Lapvona. Truly horrific.”

“Lol what the hell is this book!! I love it!! Centers the fictional medieval fiefdom of Lapvona and its inhabitants - lords, shepards, exiles, etc. Reminds me of Monty Python, Titus Andronicus, Rick and Morty, Midsommar, Animal Farm, and Eggers’ ‘The Witch.’ Like if someone wrote down every disgusting, depraved thought they’d ever had and turned the dial hard to the right.”

“Dark examination of humanity…and I loved it.”

“bleak and macabre. read this if you want to be irked.”

“yucky grimy creepy chilling disgusting and delicious. i devoured this in the hills of eastern kentucky and it was a disarming delight.”

“This book’s plot will stick with me for the rest of my days. I love it sm.”
